Do I dare attempt #GlutenFree #pasta? #Celiacs on both sides of the family, so if it worked it would be a big deal. Just not sure how it would work with a pasta extruder 🤔

Well it is time for me to stop dragging my feet on my #introduction post. I’m a #therapist working with couples and families through an emotionally focused lens. I live in Colorado with my wife, teenage daughter, preteen son, two dogs, a rabbit, a sun conure and fish. Life is always a little chaotic.
I have previously felt uncomfortable sharing my thoughts on social media. I am hoping to find a voice on this platform.

Any #celiacs out there? I sometimes I have a pity party for one on social media when I talk about gluten. It would be nice to have someone to whine with. 🤣
