Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls!
I knew these were going to taste different, more so than I've ever tried before, but the usual sourdough cold fermentation gives these rolls an absolute *mountain* of flavor. It's nuts (but no nuts, though). My mouth is still salivating 20 minutes later from the sour taste...

The dough: 150g flour, 100g bread, 50g w/w, 50 King Arthur's mixed grains, 6g crushed Kosher, ~275g water (so ~*78%[!!!]* hydration by Baker's%).

🥖 Baguettes!🥖
Made the dough yesterday from starter. With the amount (about 1200 grams total), I'll make a new baguette each day for four days. Nice.
Also, I'm not real good at rolling, shaping, and cutting leaves on these things, but it all tastes good in the end so whatever.
Bonus sandwich porn.
