One of the companies I have learned about over the past two months at academic functions is The Supplant Company. Supplant uses agricultural by-products in consumer products that are now available for purchase in the U.S.. At #CellWall2023, they were a sponsor and presented the following slides. I also won a free sample of their milk chocolate bar. It tastes like good chocolate, despite being sweetened with sugars from fiber. It does NOT taste like cardboard. #Supplant #Plants #Renewable
