Continuing my new #exercise regime, which was starting from absolutely nothing and a #chronic #progressive #neurological #illness. Now managing 30 minutes moderate intensity exercise every week. Hoping to build up to an hour - the NHS recommendation is 75 minutes, but given my #cerebrovascular #disease and #fitness level my expectations are more cautious. But yup going good! Especially chuffed how I can fit this into my life, and do it in a way that is safe for me, not least me sitting securely.
