In 2019 the Colombian Council of State agreed to hear the case for cancelling the environmental licence of #Cerrejon #Coal (owned by #Glencore) but there has been no progress.

In 2019 the Colombian Constitutional Court ordered provision of health brigades for community affected by #Cerrejon #Coal (owned by #Glencore). There still aren't any. #mining
