Honestly think my favorite part of #CESATahoe23 is introducing some of my favorite NorCal folks to my favorite SoCal folks. I'm so glad I've been able to work with so many incredible emergency managers in California

After warm days and lots of snow melt, #CESATahoe23 was greeted by a true winter wonderland this morning. Ready for the first official conference day!

Spent today at #CESATahoe23 with a fabulous group of #emgtwitter alerting nerds. Learning from Sonoma County folks was humbling. Got lots of ideas to try to continue to improve our alerting, so that we can save lives. Ready for the full conference tomorrow! #SnowTime
