The wife and I had some #crawfish earlier this week that wasn’t quite seasoned enough for our taste. We ended up with lots of leftovers, which for many foods would mean just delaying the disappointment to a later date.

Instead she’s giving these crawfish new life (with a little extra seasoning) in the form of a pasta sauce. Having done a thorough taste testing of the result, all I can say is c’est bon!
