I tried to make (vegan) malabi tonight but the pudding didn't set.

(Used a new cookbook - clearly the ratios were out.)

So I used the last of the vanilla ice cream... Stirred in some rose water... Topped it with quince jelly and crushed hazelnuts.

Quite tasty, even if I say so myself 🐧
