The French composer and pianist Cécile Louise Stéphanie Chaminade (1857-1944) published her Six Études de Concert, Op. 35, in 1886. From these late-Romantic piano pieces, the second concert study, titled Automne, has become the most popular.
A wonderful portrait of changing autumnal weather: beautiful (lento), yet sometimes dramatic (fuoco) - a colourful piece, enjoy!
