The Justice Dept & Drug Enforcement Admn say they now believe this 1 faction of the #Sinaloa cartel (#Chapitos network) built & now operates the major pipeline of illegal fentanyl, responsible for a lot of the 80,000 Americans dying from #opioid overdoses every year.
