Every now and again I do a consumer food test. Today was one of those now and agains.
Charlie Bighams are testing their fish pies with hake instead of cod.
I like CB's fish pies and I prefer hake to cod (environmental, sustainable, tastes more fishy, better texture and doesn't flake away to nothing) so, all good. Yum.
