Version two of the Hyla charted design.
On the one hand, Hyla is apparently a name meaning a variety of things (depending on whether a given baby name site claims it’s of Hebrew, Latin, or Greek origin). On the other hand, it’s the genus for tree frogs.
My great-great-aunt was named Hyla; her father was familiar with animal taxonomy. Your guess is as good as mine about the intent there.

While I'm working on my 1/1 cable knitting tutorials, here's one charted design of a series, just for fun.

Okay, one last post using the Quirky design as a starting point, but this one is about trying out column deletion to make new charts from existing charted designs. (Row deletion would work just as well, I just didn’t try it in this post.)

In this week’s blog post I played around with arrangements of the different vertical bands from Quirky. I wasn’t terribly methodical or instructional, but I hope that sharing the different arrangements will still be inspirational!

For this week's blogging, I've done some big edits on four older blog posts. This is going to be an ongoing series.
There's one lace knitting stitch pattern, and three charted designs. I still like all of them, and now I like how they're presented much better
