I went on a short hike today in #CheeseQuake Park in #NJ today. I had my hair back in a ponytail, which accentuates the large swaths of white hair at my temples, and using my #hiking pole #cane. A few times, young couples would wait trailside for me to pass, and I realized on the drive home that I’m literally the little white-haired elderly lady these folks were patient with as she made her slow way downhill or down stairs.

Well, I’ll be a #sonofabitch.
