Given this is a cooking/food related server - anyone into maintaining their own #chefknives? Do you have a favorite go-to knife you use all the time the kitchen?

Below is my sharpening setup on a picnic table at a campground from earlier this Fall; while the family was out horse-riding I took the time to do some maintenance.
