It's one of my favorite, staring #AntonYelchin, the new #StarTrek #Chekov, who had so much potential until he died being run over by his own car that should've been recalled....

Saw the National Theatre Live broadcast of Chekhov's The Seagull at Stirling University this afternoon. A sparse, tense and unsettling production that sometimes felt more like drama school exercise than final product. A damning indictment of fast fame which felt slightly on the nose for Emilia Clarke in her west end debut. "We should show life neither as it is, nor as it should be, but as we see it in our dreams."
