Getting into the mood ⛄❄️🍪
These are hazelnut macrons with chocolate and walnut topping and hazelnut Vanillekipferl (vanilla bows).
First set was thin and decided to make the next set (after bunching the dough) thicker.
All of it turned out great! A touch salty - next time I'll use ½ salted and ½ unsalted butter.
But overall, really happy with how these turned out!
