After 5 months recovering from injury and barely any running it feels so good to finally be starting to build back up again. Hopefully 3 days in a row will be ok with #ChevinParkrun #ArmleyParkrun and #ChevinChase. The latter I shall be running dressed as a snowman in a fleece onesie. There is a large possibility I may melt.
