They've put their hope in #JohnnyChiang, the grandson of murderous and highly corrupt dictator #ChiangKaishek.
They're seriously considering to go into the next presidential elections with a now 70 year-old alpha-male TV anchor and network owner who split with the KMT in the early 90ies as he despised the "taiwanisation" of the KMT.

Meanwhile in #Taiwan, the formerly only and ruling party known as the #KMT (=kill many Taiwanese) is blaming President #TsaiIngwen of engaging and stoking a cult of personality - for visiting a military base.
That is pretty rich from a party that is still revering murderous war lord #ChiangKaishek and that is being presided by a certain Johnny #Chiang - yes, direct family of the Generalissimo.

Seriously, the KMT should keep its gob firmly shut regarding a #cultofpersonality.
