More pie for the freezer.
I used about half of the mushrooms that were part of today's vegetable delivery.
For the rest, it's a basic pastry dough (I still had in the fridge) and a roux type filling, with egg yolks, cheese, chicken and those mushrooms.
The leftover filling is already in the freezer and will be enough for a next medium-size pie.
