Had a vote for each, figured don't be lazy Kane so went with the #ChickenParm only to discover a rather nasty smell from the chook.

Hit the shop 2 mins before they close at 5pm and got some more, but it's frozen.

So quickfire method of defrost in the counter top reactor, and on we go.

Got plenty of garlic, passata and cheddar & Parmigiano cheese, so what else can go wrong?

Hilde loves it, but then she loves the others too, she'll be fine. :)

Whew what a good dinner, my best try at chicken parm yet I think as far as my meger skills go. My significant other loved it so that's all that counts.
