We used the Sous Vide to cook chicken breast. Seared it in the cast iron skillet topped with sauteed baby bella mushrooms and sauteed spinach. And finally some jalapeno Monterey jack cheese and one with Havarti. Put under the broil for a minute and voila! Delicious dinner for 4.
