Of course they are trying to hide the fact that The #ECHR European Convention on Human Rights - was to a large extent written BY a Tory - #DavidMaxwellFyfe.
Our #ChiefProsecutor at #Nuremberg, THEN he was involved in the creation of the Convention around the time he tried to save John Haigh from the Gallows, 2 years later he was the Home Secretary who sent #DerekWilliamBentley to the Gallows for a crime he did not commit.
AND of course trying to deny the UK is a signatory to all the UN Conventions of/ on / relating to Human Rights, which the #UNSR - United Nations Special Rapporteur - has ruled the UK to be in violation of - 5 Conventions if memory serves.
