Hello,

we are in search for Flatmates.

We have a large room available for January and February. (it can be inhabited well also by two people). As far as we can see right now, there will be no option to prolong for March.

We are a left house project in Rüdnitz, which is an easily accessible village between Bernau and Biesenthal (C area, bus and RE24 connection).

The exact price is negotiable, although our idea is 400 to 450€/month. (Incl. increased electricity and gas costs).

Registration and job center is possible.

For more information, please refer to our current Wg-Company ad: wg-company.de/cgi-bin/wg.pl?st

There are also a few photos here: wg-gesucht.de/9464967.html?ma= (The text at WG-Company is more current)

Here more about us: www.walddrachenspielplatz.de --> please read also our principles ("Grundsätze") if you are interested.

(Gender note: With us, gender is more diverse than just two options. contrary to what the Wg-Company page suggests, cis men are not in the majority.)

contact: wohnen.mit.kindern AT gmx .de

Forwarding - also to social media and other platforms - would be great 😄

Language note: We all speak English, some of us speak further languages (Spanish, Polish, French, some Japanese). Our plenary and much communication is currently in German, but we can adapt depending on what is needed - though we might not be perfect, especially in the beginning. Some of our children are bilingual (Spanish, Polish).

You know you’re in when the giant beer and liquor shop has caddies for kids.

(To be fair there are plenty of soft drinks inside).

"A great paradox of modern times is that the faster we go, the less time we have." Fascinating piece. The idea of slow cities resonates strongly with planning. theconversation.com/slaves-to-
