For me, a quality #homeschool education has little to do with traditional, systemic objectives. Yes, phonics is crucial for teaching a kid to read, but at the same time, #ChildLedLearning and #unschooling are absolutely viable ways for kids to learn. It all comes down to parents actually investing time and resources into the kids so they come out of #HomeEducation with functional skills and some kind of job prospects. /1
