Ok children’s publishers/agents/authors.. I need advise .. I have written a rhyming story, & one of the lines says- he jumped out of bed, shouting, “ Mum, dad, I don’t want to be …should I use mum, dad or is that no making the book inclusive? I’m confused & want the best chance.
