Lunch today. The wife played it safe with a chicken #chimichanga. I opted for #tacos #Guatemalan style... Ground beef mixed with potatoes and green beans, topped with diced beets, onion and boiled egg. It was amazing! Oh, and a #ChileRelleno for me as well. #foodie

Leftover chile rellenos may just be be better than when they were served at the restaurant.
