This whole #Chinese #Balloon and low orbit, almost-a-satellite surveillance game, was predicted in my series ( www.h2liftship.com )
You'll find Hydrogen Lift/Solar Sail ships plying our heliosphere in the not-so-distant future.
The only difference is that instead of #ChinaBalloons it's Captain Graciela with her crew of simians, canines, and octopuses sailing the great void.
