Just wanted to draw Zuko as a Feng, because I'm deeply invested in Chinese mythology atm. It would've been awesome if Zuko and Azula were twins for a more auspicious birth to compliment their contrasting personalities. So I took matters into my own hand and now we have twin fenghuangs.

I'm still not following enough people on here. Problem is, I find it difficult to pinpoint what sort of content I want to see. In fact, I mostly want to talk about and avoid the dreaded Discourse™️. Learning about might be a good idea since I'm watching all these c-dramas and stuff often goes over my head 🤔

Also ... I always want to follow fellow chronically ill folks in theory, but my tolerance for being reminded of ableism and Covid-related nonsense is approaching 0 these days. I've had Enough

In Chinese mythology, the Kunlun Mountains are a divine mountain range believed to connect the lands of the gods with both the living and the underworld. They are home to the goddess Xiwangmu and her garden where the peaches of immortality grow.

🎨Zhang Daqian, 1940s.
