Tonight’s dinner: #BeefBarbacoa (slow cooked all day and now buried under that mountain of #ChipotleLimeRice) with #BellPepper, #jalapeño, #cheddar and #PepperJack #cheeses, #cucumber, and #GreenOnion, in a flour #tortilla with #ChipotleCreamSauce. #Spicy! That’s how we do it in #AZ.
Even my 14-year-old, my most finicky spawn, loves it. He’s been telling me for the last half-hour how much he loves me (he’s most expressive about it when I feed him food he loves).
