I convinced my wife and kids to get a live #ChirstmasTree this year. If you aren't familiar, you can buy a small-ish spruce, fir, or pine with a root ball wrapped in burlap (and possibly a small pot). You can decorate and keep indoors for a little over a week, then put it outside a few days, then plant. Here in Ohio, you have to get them from someplace with a nursery license. Most popup Christmas Tree places don't have them.
