I had to #chmod a folder to 777 to export a SQL database. I hope for a better (more secure) solution next time.

Doing #chmod777 is highly advised against. #linux

@nixCraft yeah, people who do #chmod777 should not be allowed to use or touch anything more complex than a light switch and a touchtone landline phone.
