Grocery stores are all out of my favorite 92% dark chocolate, but I found it online at my local drug store where I'll pick up my meds this week. Apropos. This chocolate is as much my med as any other. I am somewhat alarmed I see it disappearing from grocery stores, even Amazon. I don't ask much, or I guess I do. It is also my spiritual food as referenced in the Holy Eucharist: Rite 2. I hope Jesus doesn't see me as too bacchanalian and sacrilegious. I'm trusting he will forgive me. #chocoholic

good stuff! I like all kinds of chocolate, including dark and bitter, and don’t really discriminate except for American style plain milk chocolate, which I’m not much of a fan of. Unless that’s the only thing around, then I’m like ‘eh it’s good enough, this is fine’ 🥲

3 year old's festive lunch included a choc chip muffin and a choc chip brioche. After about 10 mins I realised neither had been eaten, but something wasn't right. Eventually he told me he had been taking the choc chips out of both the muffin & brioche, & carefully swapping them over. Good fine motor skills practise, I guess. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Good weather for a hot chocolate. Just got a very good cocoa powder from "Looms and Weaves", and its taste is really rich. This is one of the best hot chocolate that I've had (yeah, I'm not very humble when it comes to food). 1.5 TBSP cocoa powder, a pinch of cinnamon powder, a tiny pinch of salt, half tsp coffee decoction, and half a tsp sugar (I like it almost bitter). It doesn't look very pretty, but that's no filter pic.
