I'm super stoked about the BOC announcement, too. Obviously we're getting the MileApo historical drama, and I'm with you on Vegas+Pete-Venice.

I'm looking forward to whatever Strongberry puts out next, crossing my fingers that it's #ChocoMilkShake-flavored but with Uncle and Milk as the leads. I'm also looking forward to I Feel You Linger In The Air, which looks like a BL version of Somewhere In Time (old school, heh). Cooking Crush also looks fun!

#ChocoMilkShake is Strongberry's latest series, about a young man whose childhood pets, Choco and Milk, reincarnate as humans to visit him. I started watching it after re-watching #TheUntamed and #WordOfHonor back to back, both series with complicated stories and heavy intrigue. I figured ChocoMilkShake would be a light palate cleanser. Cute pets! Wacky hijinx!

What I notice as I read more fics and watch more BL is that I'm feeling increasing amounts of longing. It's intense.

I told a friend yesterday at dim sum that it feels like sugar cravings: the more I eat, the more I want, and the worse off I become. For example, #WangYibo's NYE song just sticks a sword through my chest whenever I listen to it. #ChocoMilkShake makes me happy, but I'm still rife with longing.

I don't want to just live through my monitor. Am I alone in this? What do others do?

I started watching #ChocoMilkShake because it looked like cheesy BL fun. Then it turned into a riveting tearjerker while still remaining fun. The finale premiered tonight, and I feel wrung out like a wet rag.
