I know I could be stepping into a well-known problem: maturity models that imply the need to get to the "final level" rather than be differing levels of investment (and it's okay to not "move on").

Can anyone remind me of avoiding that?

I haven't read the original source yet, but my instant take is that anything which puts a population at a deficit needs to be avoided to enact true .

Ideally, work upstream (fairer systems) and downstream (better processes for ALL).
