Last but not least (especially as it's this sauce that has inspired my social handles) staple hot sauce is #Cholula Sweet Habanero - I have tried a bunch of comparable sauces, but I keep coming back to this one. Made with #Habanero & #Pineapple - this sauce is my preferred method of covertly enjoying pineapple on #pizza without getting scolded by Pizza Elitists 🌶️🍍🍕

Another household staple #hotsauce of mine is #Cholula Green Pepper.
Made with Jalapeño & Poblano, it pairs well with fresh ingredients like cilantro, lime, tomato, & avocado.
I like to use mine on avocado toast, tomato sandwiches, and Poke 😋

I recently learned that the great pyramid of #Cholula, which today sits underneath a Spanish church, was built over several phases over hundreds of years by many different Mesoamerican ethnic groups. Archaeological excavations kept finding pyramids upon pyramids in a matryoshka doll sort of way.
