I used to carry hollow Korean stainless steel #chopsticks, but they aren't very strong and can get dented during transport, so I switched to solid #titanium as soon as Keith Titanium started offering them on Amazon.
In my #camping gear, I also keep a set of Bambu #bamboo chopsticks, as well as a spatula (the middle one) from Bambu's "Kids in the Kitchen" utensil set, as #cooking utensils.

#TSA has since clarified their rule about eating utensils, and #chopsticks longer than 7" are permitted, so you can go ahead and get the regular 230 mm (9.05") length version, Ti5633, if you like.
It used to be that TSA didn't have a rule about chopsticks, so legally they fell under the definition of "tool" and no tools longer than 7" were permitted.
Chopsticks for eating are now specifically permitted in #carryon cabin baggage, with no specific length restriction.

I also carry a set of Keith Titanium Ti5634 solid titanium travel #chopsticks. I have both the early version, which are 171 mm (6.73"), just barely large enough for my big half-European and half-Asian paws to grip, and the later version, which is 190 mm (7.48"). I use the shorter ones for my EDC, and save the longer ones for my camping and travel gear.
