Thought-provoking article from the Journal of Christian Studies (published by the Center for Christian Studies, successor to where I earned by B.A.) that explores the idea of Daniel as an example of political engagement/resistance in a diaspora context.

That said... I do find it interesting to see folks in my old tradition assume they are in a minority (or even persecuted) status. This seems like a stretch to me, given the continued presence of #ChristianHegemony

Y'all most likely have heard how the sensors on automated faucets don't work properly for folks with dark skin and how that's indicative of systemic bias built into the machinery. Imagine an extremely popular #AI that has this kind of bias built in to it.
