My history of the #USA is a little sketchy. But, during the 1600s many "Britain folk" who called themselves Christians migrated to what was to be called #America (land of the free)

They developed a slavery economy.

Now, the USA still identifies as a Christian country (though perhaps that's not representative of a majority?)

I have read the New Testament of the #Christian Bible.

My question is, what part of the teachings of Jesus advocated slavery? 🤔
