Quick, easy, great for mincemeat without pastry!
100g marg
175g SR flour (rub these 2 in)
50g sugar (stir)
175-225g mincemeat (stir/bind)
Press into 19cmx23cm tin
Bake 20-30min (180/gas 4)
Cut into squares in tin, dredge with icing sugar, cool on rack.
Always goes down well.
