A cheeky little bat.

Many moons ago I had 5 bat pups to care for over the winter period. They were too young to be released. After a few months, they were old enough to sleep in a bat box and I managed to take a photo as one of them peeped out. I thought he looked cute and the photo inspired me to make a Christmassy image and message.

The following spring the little bats were released and flew free. 🦇 💚 🦇 🌲 ❄️ ☃️

We're a bit different here. Instead of gingerbread people we've made gingerbread bats for Xmas. Some have been left plain while others are iced with a thin layer of white chocolate. Delicious!
