This Christmas I made an easy but yummy Eggnog Cocktail!
2 oz Whiskey (bourbon or rye)
1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Luxardo Liquor
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 egg
2-3 oz milk or cream

Combine whiskey , congnac, luxardo, simple and whole egg in shaker and dry shake.
Add ice to shaker and shake
Double strain to a desired glass (I used snifter)
Top with 2-3 oz of Milk or Cream.
Garnish with graded nutmeg and graded orange peal.

The Last Mohican would be a great name for a cocktail. It would have to have a shit-ton of tequila in it, of course. Should probably be spicy...maybe pureed pico de gallo, tomato juice, and cucumber to cool it a bit.
