Just bottled the mince pie whisky after 2 days in the storage jar. Very nice!

Oh what a shame there was too much for the bottles, will just have to suffer and drink the excess 😄

Well the chocolate rum and the spicy gingerbread vodka went down very well with work colleagues and some of the regulars at The Tap last night.

Just started some mince pie whisky. Only takes 24 to 48 hours.

Basically put a jar of vegetarian mincemeat in a storage jar with 700ml of whisky. Give it a shake every so often then after 24 to 48 hours strain through muslin or a filter bag and bottle.
