I highly recommend people who have PTSD or have dealt with trauma to create therapeutic tools like this. They work. Just in the way you can have negative triggers, or things that totally send your brain down a looping nightmarish PTSD reaction, you can create positive therapeutic loops that soothe you and pull your mind into a happy trance. It's worked for me for years.
