Having worked in #customerservice for the last 20 years, I have now realized that #retail #corporations are torturing their employees every #holiday season. If the #muzak cannot supply eight hours of all original #Christmas songs, do not subject us to that channel. It is insane to hear three versions of the “First #Noel” in one hour.

As the nights draw in and the turn of the year looms we may seek the comfort of a cosy fireside and a warming drink and think of the approach of Father Christmas ... but hark ... what is that noise outside, could it be Santa Claus? ... or could it be something entirely different ... something stranger ... more sinister ... hiding in dark and magical days.
