It’s a #ChristmasMiracle! I got a full night’s #sleep last night! There’s literally less than a minute more dark on Christmas Eve than there was on the #SummerSolstice and yet somehow my body always knows that the year is on the turn. I usually get my first decent night’s sleep sometime between Xmas and New Year, and it’s settled out by mid January. #insomnia #Seasonal
