24 Charges topped by Murder & Criminal Homicide of a Law Enforcement Officer against Miles K. Pfeffer, of Buckingham, Bucks County, who just turned 18 last month.

According to Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw, a Temple University police officer Christopher Fitzgerald was shot and killed on Saturday night near the campus border while attempting to intervene in a carjacking.

Christopher is the son of a prominent police official, Joel Fitzgerald, who spent 17 years with the Philadelphia Police Department.
