A few weeks ago I posted a heap of trenches in my #backyard in preparation for the build of a #shed that will become a #GrannyFlat for my sister. This is the final product. (Well almost final, insulation, electrics etc. won’t be done until late Jan).
We both have moderate #mecfs, so this is a liberating move as it will enable us to support each other more.

Having a pretty big crash today. I think my body knows today is the only day I actually can stop this week so it's making me act on it.

I'm listening.

Slept all morning. Watching a tv show now. Will try to delete some emails later so at least I know where to start tomorrow.

Once again I'm exhausted all the following day after a market. My legs feel so weak, but they're also sore despite me being mostly sat down much of yesterday.
