The wife and I made a roast in the crockpot for today. We started it at midnight last night and let it cook on low until about an hour ago. It was so damn good!

Contents included were: the roast itself, potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Then we made mashed potatoes and put the roast over the potatoes.

Needless to say I'm full from the food and am about ready for a nice little nap very soon!
