We did this during COVID and I figured it would allow everyone to vote. Turns out I just pissed off a bunch of people who wanted in-person paper ballots. There was much wailing.
Tonight I learned we had a visitor that day who chose not to go back to a church that treats their rector that badly.

Two months ago the mother came back.
Today I had a good, long conversation with her. She’s in a better place, a job she likes, healthier, and is taking steps to come back.
