Just closed an account I had open for several years -- too many #UX problems. Great #support could have saved the day, but instead: delay tactics, passing the blame, bureaucracy, no acknowledgement of the errors and bugs, and no apparent desire to improve the #service.

[1] I'm not even sure what to call it. It's not actually the military doing it, it's a commercial/#mercenary #paramilitary. Officially their aim is to #topple the leadership of the #military, not the #civilian #government of the country, but I'm sure #Putin doesn't see it that way.

As I understand it...

It's not just a migration from twitter.
It's a #churn.

At that stage where if I see a #Mastodon handle from someone I follow on #Twitter, I instantly go to Mastodon and search and find out that I *already* #follow them here. #Churn!

The machine saga has yet to be written. Over the years one batch appears in stations, not working yet, then disappears, eventually to be replaced by another generation. #churn
